Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
Effective date: December 25, 2025
This Privacy Policy explains how Envelia ("ENVELIA," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit or use our website, interact with us, or purchase our products (together, the "Services"). It also describes the choices and rights you may have, depending on where you live.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or want to exercise your rights, contact us at contact@envelia.com.
ENVELIA is the controller (or equivalent term under applicable law) for the personal information processed through the Services. This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect online (through our website and related tools) and offline (for example, when you contact customer support), to the extent it relates to the Services.
This Privacy Policy does not cover third-party websites, apps, or services that may be linked from our Services. If you follow a third-party link (such as a payment provider or social network), their privacy practices apply.
We collect personal information in three main ways: information you provide to us, information we collect automatically when you use the Services, and information we receive from third parties (for example, payment processors or delivery carriers) in connection with your order.
Information you provide: When you place an order, create an account, subscribe to communications, or contact us, you may provide identifying and contact information such as your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, and account credentials (if you create an account). You may also provide order-related information, such as the products you purchase, delivery preferences, and communications you send to customer support. If you post reviews or submit content, we collect the information included in that content.
Automatic collection: When you use the Services, we may automatically collect technical and usage information such as device identifiers, IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, time spent, referral URLs, and interactions with the site. We may also collect approximate location derived from your IP address. We collect this information using cookies and similar technologies as described below.
From third parties: We may receive information related to payment confirmation (such as payment status and limited payment identifiers), shipping and delivery updates, fraud signals, and marketing or analytics data where enabled. We do not need, and you should not send, sensitive personal data (such as government IDs, health data, or biometrics) unless we explicitly request it for a lawful and necessary purpose.
We use cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, and similar technologies for purposes that may include: operating the website and shopping cart, remembering preferences, preventing fraud and securing the Services, measuring performance and analytics, and (where enabled) advertising and marketing attribution.
Depending on your location, you may be able to manage cookie preferences through a cookie banner or preference tool on our website, and through your browser settings. If you disable certain cookies, parts of the Services may not function correctly (for example, checkout or session persistence).
We use personal information to provide, maintain, and improve the Services and to run our business. This includes processing orders, taking payment, providing shipping and delivery, communicating about purchases, responding to support requests, and handling returns or disputes.
We also use personal information to operate and secure our Services, including authentication, preventing fraud, detecting abuse, troubleshooting, and protecting the rights and safety of ENVELIA, our customers, and others.
We may use personal information to personalize your experience (such as remembering settings), to understand how customers use our Services (analytics), and to develop and improve products, customer experience, and website performance.
Where permitted by law and based on your preferences, we may send marketing communications, such as product updates and offers. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting contact@envelia.com. Transactional messages (such as order confirmations and shipping updates) are not marketing and may continue as needed to fulfill your orders.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions requiring a legal basis, we typically process personal information under one or more of the following bases:
- To perform a contract with you (for example, to fulfill your order and provide customer support)
- To comply with legal obligations (for example, accounting and tax recordkeeping, consumer law obligations, or responding to lawful requests)
- To pursue legitimate interests (for example, fraud prevention, network security, and improving our Services)
- With your consent (for example, certain cookies and direct marketing in jurisdictions where consent is required)
Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
We share personal information only as needed to provide the Services, operate our business, comply with law, and protect rights. This includes sharing with service providers that perform functions on our behalf, such as website hosting, ecommerce infrastructure, payment processing, order fulfillment, shipping and delivery services, customer support systems, analytics providers, marketing platforms (where enabled), and security/fraud prevention tools.
We may share information with professional advisors (such as legal and accounting) and with authorities or other parties if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, enforce our terms, respond to legal process, or protect the rights, property, or safety of ENVELIA, our customers, or others.
If ENVELIA is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards and notice where required by law.
We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. If we engage in advertising technologies that certain laws treat as "sharing" for targeted advertising, you can control these through cookie settings where available and other opt-out mechanisms described in the "Your rights and choices" section below.
Because we serve customers internationally and use service providers that may operate globally, your personal information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required by law, we implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections (including standard contractual clauses) and other measures designed to protect personal information.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, maintain business records, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and why we process it. For example, order and transaction records are typically kept longer to comply with accounting and legal requirements, while certain analytics data may be retained for shorter periods or aggregated.
When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or securely store it in accordance with applicable law.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No security system is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for using a secure environment when accessing the Services.
Your rights depend on your location and may include the right to request access to personal information, correct inaccurate information, delete information, object to or restrict certain processing, and receive a portable copy of information in a usable format. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
If you want to exercise these rights, contact contact@envelia.com. To protect you, we may request reasonable information to verify your identity before responding. In some cases, we may deny or limit requests where allowed by law (for example, to comply with legal obligations or protect the rights of others).
Marketing choices are always available. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the email. For cookies and targeted advertising, you can manage preferences via cookie controls (where available), your browser settings, and, depending on your location, industry opt-out tools.
If you are a resident of a U.S. state with privacy laws (such as California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and others), you may have specific rights to know, access, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of certain uses such as targeted advertising or "sale/share" as defined by those laws.
We do not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. To submit a request, contact contact@envelia.com. If an authorized agent submits a request on your behalf, we may require proof of authorization and identity verification.
The Services are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 (or a higher age where required by law). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact contact@envelia.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it where required.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or operations. The "Effective date" at the top indicates when this policy was last updated. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice, such as posting a prominent notice on the website or contacting you where required by law.
