Products
Do your products work on all sneakers?
Yes. Our formulas are pH-balanced and tested on smooth leather, suede, nubuck, canvas, and synthetic materials (Flyknit, Primeknit). The Cleaner is universal. For suede specifically, use our soft brush after cleaning to restore the nap.
How long does a kit last?
Our products are highly concentrated. A 120ml bottle of Cleaner provides approximately 25-30 full pair cleanings. With weekly use, a kit lasts between 6 and 12 months.
What's the difference between Cleaner and Barrier Spray?
The Cleaner removes existing dirt and stains. The Barrier Spray creates an invisible protective layer that repels water and liquids BEFORE they can stain. We recommend applying Barrier Spray to new or freshly cleaned sneakers.
Usage
Can I use a washing machine?
NO. Never. Washing machines destroy sole adhesive (causing separation), saturate leather with water (causing deformation), and damage suede. Manual cleaning is the only safe method.
How do I clean suede?
Suede is sensitive to water. Use our soft brush dry to remove dust. If stained, use minimal foam (no direct water) and brush gently. Allow to dry away from heat sources, then brush again to restore the nap.

UAE: 2-4 business days (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah).
GCC Countries: 3-5 business days.
International: 5-10 business days.
Orders placed before 2pm GST ship same day.
What is your return policy?
Full refund within 14 days. Product must be unused and in original sealed packaging. Return shipping is on us when you use our prepaid label.
